Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Design 2020 and Bluebeam Specialist to support our design, drafting, and project documentation needs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in 2020 Design software for kitchen, bath, and interior layouts, as well as expertise with Bluebeam Revu for document management, markups, and construction drawing collaboration. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy in creating technical drawings, and the ability to collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients. The specialist will be responsible for producing high-quality renderings, detailed plans, and organized construction documentation to support design projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit detailed designs, layouts, and renderings using 2020 Design.
- Review, organize, and mark up construction documents in Bluebeam Revu.
- Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and design revisions.
- Support project workflows by integrating design files, markups, and reports.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in 2020 Design (kitchen, bath, and interior layouts).
- Strong knowledge of Bluebeam Revu for markups, measurements, and collaboration.
- Experience in drafting, design, or related construction/design documentation roles.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
