Your Role:
As our HVAC Sales Professional, you'll manage sales leads furnished by the company in a timely & professional manner, communicating the disposition of each lead with Sales Manager. You will work closely with clients to accurately design & quote solutions for their needs and ensure that client expectations are kept throughout the duration of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop self generated leads
- Answer client questions related to operation, features, & functions
- Provide & complete required documentation for each installation
- Develop profitable sales & acquire customers through our established sales & marketing program
- Collaborate with team to ensure consistent customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in HVAC sales
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer-based programs
- Tech-savvy and data-driven; able to work with CRM and proposal tools
- Ability to define strategic objectives, create actionable plans, and stay accountable for results.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
