We are an outreach firm dedicated to helping local charities in Lexington amplify their message, reach more people, and secure the funding they need to make a difference. Through direct engagement, event representation, and community outreach, our Charity Brand Ambassadors are the vital connection between charitable missions and compassionate donors.
The Charity Brand Ambassador will serve as the in-person voice, face, and heart of our client charities. You will engage with the public, provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and motivate action, whether that’s donations, volunteer sign-ups, or raising awareness.
Charity Brand Ambassador Responsibilities
- Represent assigned charity clients at community events with professionalism.
- Engage prospective donors, share stories, answer questions, explain how donations will be used, and encourage contributions.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and informative presence to ensure that every interaction leaves a strong impression.
- Greet people, listen to concerns, be responsive, and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with the internal outreach or fundraising team, report feedback, track leads, update donor/contact data.
- Help plan, set up, and run fundraising or awareness events.
- Maintain knowledge of each charity’s mission, recent projects, and financials.
Charity Brand Ambassador Qualifications
- Prior experience in fundraising, volunteer work, outreach, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Outgoing and energetic personality, comfortable working in public-facing, dynamic environments.
- Ability to work independently but also take direction as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and presentable.
- Ability to stand or walk during events, travel locally throughout Lexington as needed.
