Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Budget & Data Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to managing budgets, tracking key operational data, and supporting informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial tracking, reporting, and forecasting while collaborating with various departments to maintain accuracy and efficiency in farm operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Efficiently process, manage, and maintain financial data and records.
· Track and analyze budget performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
· Assist with financial forecasting, budget development, and variance analysis.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel workbooks to support financial operations.
· Organize and present data in clear reports to support strategic decision-making.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial and operational alignment.
· Monitor financial risks, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies.
· Prepare and compile reports on a scheduled basis while adhering to deadlines.
· Stay informed on industry best practices and evolving business needs.
· Adapt to new initiatives, supporting efficiency improvements and operational goals.
· Conduct financial and operational data analysis to provide actionable insights.
· Manage and process incoming mail with accuracy and efficiency.
· Provide well-researched recommendations to drive strategic financial decisions.
