About the role
We are looking for a client services and business analyst to provide client support efficiently and accurately. You will be considered the firm's front liner, solving basic queries , Process projects and supporting all assigned areas. The goal is to ensure that customer value is maintained to the company's standards.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities include:
- Review and approve application package submitted by Installers / Customers through the eTRACK+ software system
- Resolve installer and customer questions and software issues submitted via email and voice mail.
- Contact and speak to installers and customers to clarify their specific issues
- Gather eTRACK+ change requirements and develop specifications.
- Develop use cases and test cases.
- Review Distribution Generation Projects for Small Commercial and Residential under 250kW.
- Provide day to day operational support to clients.
- Resolve DG tickets with Installer and Customer queries, performing Transfer of Ownership Projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations to clients.
- Troubleshoot problems and issues with job and processes.
- Assist with increasing the efficiency of application processing using ANB’s document recognition platform
- Provide direction/ support to the offshore team
- Assist ANB Project Manager with software changes, business requirements development, testing, and user manual development
- Work closely with Internal teams and integrate them with eTRACK+.
- Attend Daily scrum calls and work closely with offshore team to complete Change request timely.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal IT teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
About you:
Education:
Preferable degree from an accredited university .
Experience:
Experience in helpdesk or technical support, preferably in an onsite setting, assisting customers with their interactions with computer systems.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop support tools.
- Familiarity with Energy Systems.
- SQL Skills.
- Reporting and Data Analysis.
- Ability to quickly learn the eTRACK+ software used for energy efficiency program management and DG Interconnection process
Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work alone and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated desire to assist people
- Problem resolution and negotiation skills
What Is Preferred:
- Experience in supporting cloud-based applications.
- Prior experience working in a client-facing onsite role.
Work Environment:
- This is an onsite role at a client location, requiring a professional demeanor and strong customer service focus.
- Flexibility to address urgent IT issues, which may occasionally require after-hours support.
