Forecasting & Analysis Manager
About the position:
We are seeking a dedicated Forecasting & Market Analysis Manager to develop market strategies and drive business growth.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Sales to develop effective portfolio strategies and deliver data-driven recommendations.
As part of a motivated and collaborative team, you will provide accurate analysis, reports, and insights that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. Your expertise will be key to understanding the drivers of market performance, maintaining our competitive edge, and guiding leadership through complex market dynamics.
You will also manage partnerships with leading research agencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, business-relevant insights on market trends, brands, pricing, channels, consumer behavior, and competitive activities. By developing and optimizing market models, forecasts, and pricing analyses, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable strategies that influence decision-making at the highest levels.
Responsibilities:
Market Forecasting & Modeling
- Develop and maintain robust forecasting models across categories (RMC & RRP).
- Conduct pricing analysis and scenario modeling to support commercial decision-making.
- Monitor, interpret, and report on market, regulatory, and consumer trends at the state level.
Research & Insights Development
- Partner with external agencies (e.g., Ipsos, Nielsen, GfK) to design and coordinate research projects.
- Optimize current research methodologies and implement innovative tools, including AI-driven solutions.
- Translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights for senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with pricing, trade marketing, merchandising, and sales teams to align forecasts with business strategy.
- Support portfolio and pricing teams in shaping commercial strategies based on evidence-driven insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on regulatory, consumer, and competitive dynamics.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify and implement new methodologies to improve accuracy and relevance of market insights.
- Ensure insights evolve in line with changing consumer behavior, market trends, and regulatory shifts
- Drive a culture of evidence-based decision-making within the organization.
Requirements:
- EducationExperience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required (Economics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in market forecasting, analysis, or research within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of market modeling, forecasting, pricing analysis, and research methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory and consumer insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience working with market research agencies and syndicated data providers (e.g., Nielsen, Ipsos, GfK).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to deliver creative, practical solutions to business problems.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
