What You'll Do
- Lead and manage design projects for assigned clients, accounts, and markets
- Support senior team members with design development and production needs
- Build accurate, custom templates based on client specifications
- Create visually compelling designs that align with technical, copy, and branding requirements
- Communicate regularly with team members to prioritize tasks and provide status updates
- Prepare and release final print files, ensuring quality and adherence to approved concepts; include installation guides when required
- Perform detailed self-checks and peer reviews to identify and resolve issues before printing
- Collaborate with the Install Department to address installation challenges and propose effective solutions
- Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and best practices, sharing creative inspiration with the team
- Maintain an organized server of projects, templates, and resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced graphics production environment, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Experience working with large-format print files, photography, and printer setup
- Familiarity with using generative AI tools to enhance creative workflows
- Strong understanding of measurements, scale, and template creation for custom vehicles
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and listening abilities with a talent for translating concepts into visuals
- Goal-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Must have full color vision and the ability to view computer screens at various distances
