Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as Vice President, Strategy, responsible for shaping and executing the long-term growth agenda for our U.S. business. This role will drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence, commercial performance, and innovation across the food and foodservice segments.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the food manufacturing and foodservice industries, with the ability to connect strategy to execution. This individual will collaborate closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to define priorities, implement key initiatives, and ensure measurable progress toward business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s U.S. strategic roadmap, aligning corporate, commercial, and operational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify emerging market opportunities across foodservice, retail, and industrial channels.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans with clear KPIs and accountability measures.
- Support long-term investment planning, portfolio optimization, and category expansion strategies.
Transformation & Execution Leadership
- Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance.
- Lead enterprise-wide projects focused on commercial excellence, cost optimization, and operational improvement.
- Build frameworks and governance models that ensure visibility, progress tracking, and accountability for transformation outcomes.
- Serve as the key liaison between business units and executive leadership to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.
Commercial & Foodservice Focus
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine go-to-market strategies and strengthen customer partnerships across foodservice and industrial channels.
- Support innovation and product strategy initiatives that align with evolving customer and consumer trends.
- Evaluate market dynamics, category trends, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making and growth strategies.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a small team of strategy or project management professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to drive engagement and cross-functional alignment.
- Represent the U.S. strategy function in regional and global leadership discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, transformation, or management consulting, ideally within the food or foodservice industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities, with the ability to balance strategic vision and practical execution.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior executives and operational leaders.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, decentralized, and growth-oriented organizations.
