We are seeking a dynamic Associate Relationship Manager to join our team in Buldhana. This role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of experience in the insurance sector, specializing in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and expanding customer relationships, specifically within the motor and general insurance domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities focusing on motor and general insurance products.
- Onboard new POSPs (Point of Sales Persons) and agents, ensuring thorough training and relationship management.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure customer engagement and retention.
- Achieve targeted sales goals while managing the assigned sales channel effectively.
- Analyze regional market trends to tailor approaches for maximum impact.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes within the Insurance domain, particularly motor and general insurance products.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with POSPs or agents.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and retention mechanisms.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective channel ownership.
Secondary Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively deal with clients and team members.
- Adept at training and mentoring new POSPs or agents, enhancing their productivity levels.
