Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for a National Account Coordinator. The National Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting national accounts. This includes handling customer inquiries, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with sales teams to drive account growth and supporting account management activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management and handling National Accounts
- Strong Customer Service skills and Communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and support teams
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Experience in the construction, safety, or industrial solutions industry is a plus
