Role
We’re searching for a highly motivated and creative Graphic Designer with exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling materials that communicate our brand identity, support our agents, and drive engagement across digital and print platforms. You will play a key role in elevating our brand presence while ensuring design consistency across all marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Branding:
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, postcards, email graphics, social media assets, listing presentations, and advertisements.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to produce creative assets that support business goals.
- Create visually appealing listing materials that help agents market properties effectively.
Digital & Print Media:
- Develop and design assets for social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content.
- Prepare print-ready files for vendors and coordinate the production of physical materials.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for both digital and print use.
Website & Content Support:
- Assist in updating website content with engaging visuals.
- Work with website vendors to ensure graphics and branding are up-to-date.
- Create imagery and layouts for blogs, landing pages, and online campaigns.
Agent & Team Support:
- Provide agents with customized graphics to support their listings and client outreach.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and events.
- Assist in training agents on how to effectively use branded marketing templates.
Results

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and design best practices.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience preparing files for both digital and print production.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the real estate industry (preferred).
- Must demonstrate reliability through consistent punctuality and maintain a positive, professional attitude in the workplace.
- Ability to supervise and collaborate with virtual assistants.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware, including printers.
Please note: This is an in-office position. Our business hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:30 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch break.
