Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving our business development efforts and expanding our market presence in Florida through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and digital marketing, with a passion for technology and innovation.
Our team will provide leads and tools to enable your work, but we are looking for someone who understands what it requires to close a lead from start to finish on their own, through email, LinkedIn, virtual and in-person meetings, and phone calls.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
- Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage existing client accounts while fostering strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
- Deliver product demos to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while upselling additional services as appropriate.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the technology or digital marketing sectors.
- Strong skills in business development, account management, and lead generation with a focus on B2B sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar) for managing customer interactions and data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively and communicate technical information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
- Experience in territory management with a proactive approach to identifying new prospects.
- Familiarity with direct sales techniques, inside sales processes, and retail sales dynamics is advantageous.
