What You’ll Do
As a developing professional in this field, the Associate Product Manager will participate in the development of opportunity assessments, financial models, voice of customer analysis, and strategic commercialization programs. This position contributes to deliverables that help inform the Strategic Plan, Portfolio Prioritization, and the Commercial Strategy. An individual in this role will complete data-driven analysis, marketing research and collect insights to create information that will help decision-making and support our goal to lead in the neurovascular market.
- Collect customer needs and market information to define new product requirements and align stakeholders on strategic opportunities.
- Collect physician feedback and identify strategic focus areas.
- Contribute to long-range portfolio planning that meets payer, physician and consumer needs.
- Represent the customer’s voice in product strategy, ensure alignment with business objectives and translate customer requirements into feasible products in collaboration with product managers and R&D.
- Coordinate advisory boards, trade shows, and market research to understand key global business drivers.
- Analize market trends, competitive landscape and financial impact of new innovations.
- Stay updated on neurovascular industry trends and market dynamics including disease states, therapies, competitive landscape, clinical and evidence data, etc.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- Complete, accurately and timely, marketing documentation and process improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, and a minimum of 1 year of related experience; or a combination of education/training and experience.
- MBA and experience in marketing, engineering, clinical, or consulting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and apply analytical skills to accomplish short and long-range projects; capable of anticipating needs and recommending actions with minimal supervision when procedures are established.
- Ability to influence others across the organization, with or without authority.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand technical aspects of products.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and self-directed; with a conscientious approach to work assignments; thrives in multitasking and fast-paced environments, with ability to shift tasks frequently.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to maintain strong working relationships while dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential matters.
- Requires above average reading, verbal, and written communications skills; proficiency in business English and grammar; good arithmetic skills and attention to detail for maintaining records and process reports.
- Willing to travel 20% of the time.

Salary Range: $104,000 – 118,000/annually
