Position Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated, coachable, and ambitious
Sales Representative to join our team. In this
in-home sales role, you will meet with homeowners, provide estimates, and close deals for residential painting and flooring projects. This is a
100% commission-based position, but
includes a 4–6 month paid training period to help you ramp up successfully. Top reps earn $200k+ annually.
What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with pre-qualified leads and self-generated prospects to conduct in-home consultations
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate painting or flooring solutions
- Provide accurate, timely estimates and close deals on the spot or through timely follow-ups
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process
- Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and follow-up tasks
- Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth job handoffs
- Attend occasional team meetings, training, and job site visits
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience – preferably in-home, home improvement, or construction
- Strong closing skills and a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable using technology (CRM, digital estimating tools, etc.)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check
- Professional appearance and demeanor
