Mercedes-Benz of Austin is looking for an energetic and diligent Outside Sales Representative to join our Wholesale division. This role requires visiting current and potential repair and collision shops. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for this position.

Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial accounts.
- Proactively research and acquire new commercial customers through site visits.
- Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction during visits.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM software.
Logistics and Operations:
- Occasionally deliver parts to commercial customers, including loading and unloading.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve delivery and route challenges.
- Assist with account management and, where applicable, cash handling.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle safety checks and adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and stocking efforts.
- Participate in physical inventories, cycle counts, and ensure proper stock rotation and equipment maintenance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Travel is required.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications: Skills, Experience and Physical Requirements (include but are not limited to)
- Prior experience in wholesale parts operations is preferred.
- Previous outside sales experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with wholesale software such as Collisionlink, Repairlink, OpsTrax is a plus.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs without assistance throughout the day.
- Capable of operating manual material handling equipment (e.g., dollies, hand jacks).
- Comfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in identifying items on various paperwork, including customer orders and labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with some warehouse management systems..
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment while upholding the company's goals and core values.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed and or required
- Must be able to put things in alphabetical & numerical order
- A clean driving record is mandatory for operating company vehicles.
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm (must have flexibility).
Compensation:
- Starting at $55,000 a year plus bonuses based on performance.
