Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in various accounting software systems. As the Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in managing budgets, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Duties

Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms for efficient financial management.
Perform account analysis to identify trends and variances in financial performance.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business growth.

Experience

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or others is essential.
Experience with budgeting, account reconciliation, payroll management, and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
