Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our dynamic agency. This role is essential to keeping the agency running smoothly, supporting both internal teams and client-facing functions. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Applicants must be based in New York City.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and communication support to senior leadership and account teams
- Assist with internal operations, including project tracking, meeting coordination, and document management
- Manage agency calendars, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on track
- Support new business efforts by organizing materials and helping prepare presentation decks
- Assist with basic communications tasks such as media list management, reporting, and research
- Help coordinate team events, meetings, and agency-wide communications
- Maintain organized records and help optimize internal processes for efficiency
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and partners as needed
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards
- Participate in team and client meetings as needed and provide ideas and solutions
- Will be required to participate in virtual or live events/meetings across different time zones, which will include flexible working hours
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
- Background or interest in marketing, communications, events and partnerships
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role (agency experience a plus)
- Beverage industry, lifestyle, or international experience preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working under deadlines
Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana, or similar
Familiarity with media databases or tools like Muck Rack or Meltwater
Friendly, flexible, and eager to contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Foreign language skills a plus
