Evercore, the leading global independent investment bank, is looking to hire an Analyst/Associate, Human Capital Business Partner to support its US Advisory population. You will be responsible for providing support to Evercore’s Head of HCG for US Advisory by contributing to the implementation of programs, processes and initiatives highly customized to our business and culture.

This role will be in-person with one flex day per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Junior Business Partner for US Advisory, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, employee engagement and compensation processes
- Collaborate with the US Advisory Business Partner Team on key talent processes such as annual talent reviews, promotion processes and various mentorship and sponsorship programs
- Serve as a resource to all US Advisory professionals on a broad set of HR matters
- Support internal mobility process
- Partner with Talent Development team on bespoke learning programs to support Evercore’s business and people goals
- Analyze data to assess progress and create impactful reports and presentations
- Track, maintain and update data and project plans in support of various people processes
- Participate in special projects, preparing meeting materials, drafting and distributing communications, compiling information and scheduling
Experience and capabilities:
- 2-3 years of direct experience in human resources or consulting, with substantive work in project management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, passionate about innovating and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal, client service and communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Able to multi-task and prioritize numerous responsibilities
- High degree of personal accountability, maturity, professionalism and good judgment
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours
- Experience working with HR data and HR systems
- This position requires valid United States work authorization and is not eligible for visa sponsorship
