SUMMARY: The Lead Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the consolidated reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of the company’s financial performance, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements with related business specific and macro-economic metrics. This role will also contribute to the enhancement of financial forecasting and reporting processes through the development and optimization of Power BI and EPM platforms. This role has no supervisory responsibilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare various monthly and annual financial statements with related schedules, including debt compliance documents.
- Analyze actual results and key financial metrics to identify trends and monitor variances to the prior year, budget and forecast, and create commentary for financial reporting based on observed analysis.
- Support the development and automation of management reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership.
- Ensure accurate consolidation and reporting of financial data across multiple business units and regions through Excel and other visualization techniques.
- Assist in streamlining financial reporting processes, implementing best practices, and driving automation initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation and completion of the monthly forecast and annual budget with related schedules and presentations.
- Perform financial modeling as part of planning and forecasting to enhance process efficiency, support new initiatives, and to accurately capture changing business economics and structure.
- Assist in the preparation of support schedules as requested for the annual audit and tax compliance.
- Participate in special projects as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a team player who is also able to work independently and adhere to companies core values.
- Knowledge of or experience within the construction industry a plus.
- Desire to understand the “big picture” and ability to learn the key trends and levers that drive the business.
- Trending and forecasting experience which incorporates critical thinking skills required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word. Advanced Excel data compilation and analysis skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.).
- Proficiency in Acumatica or other construction ERP software applications preferred.
- Proficiency in Planful, Hyperion or similar EPM software application required.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau required.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality required.
- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
- Confidence to bring up data gaps and provide insights into why and recommendations around potential solutions
- Must be collaborative and able to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Must have the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment on assigned tasks and responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in an FP&A role, including financial reporting, required.
- MBA, CPA, or public accounting experience strongly preferred.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
