This is a full-time on-site role for an Asset Management professional, located in Hollywood, FL. The role involves overseeing and managing CRE investments, analyzing financial data, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of assets, conducting market research, and developing strategies for asset growth. Coordination with internal and external teams to facilitate efficient asset management processes is also a key responsibility. This is a travel heavy role and requires weekly travel at a minimum
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Financial acumen
- Experience in Investments and Asset Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with financial analysis software and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Prior experience in commercial real estate or lending is a plus
- CAPEX or Construction experience a plus
