We're looking for a friendly, detail-driven Design Studio Associate to welcome customers, showcase our products, and help create a showroom experience that truly delights. If you love interior design, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a creative environment, this is your chance to shine.
What You'll Do
- Be the welcoming face of our Middleton showroom - greet every guest and make them feel at home.
- Guide customers through our beautiful flooring, kitchen, and bath selections.
- Support the Sales and Design teams with order entry, sample management, and showroom organization.
- Keep displays updated, pricing current, and the showroom ready to impress.
- Help plan and assist with in-store events, product launches, and promotions.
- Maintain traffic logs, process payments, and coordinate appointments.
- Bring positive energy, great communication, and a passion for design to every interaction.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
- 6+ months of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or showroom).
- A natural sense of style and interest in interior design or home improvement.
- Comfort with computers and basic Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm for helping others.
- Availability for 1-2 Saturdays per month and one evening per week.
