Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This individual will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and representing Xcelacore’s technology consulting and software development services to business leaders across various industries.
The ideal candidate is a consultative salesperson with strong business acumen, capable of translating technology capabilities into tangible value propositions. This position offers significant earning potential and the opportunity to play a key role in Xcelacore’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound lead management
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and align appropriate Xcelacore service offerings
- Develop and present tailored proposals and solutions to executive stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution
- Collaborate closely with the delivery and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts within CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology consulting, SaaS, or software services
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and custom software development solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary in the range of $100,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience
- Uncapped commission structure with total earning potential exceeding $300,000
