Are you passionate about creativity, content, and the great outdoors? Westre’s Marine — Central Minnesota’s leading boat, pontoon, and fish house dealership — is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!
We’re a family-owned business that believes work should be fun, creative, and rewarding. If you love boats, ice fishing, or just the outdoor lifestyle, you’ll fit right in (but it’s not required). What is required is energy, initiative, and a passion for creating digital content that gets people excited to hit the water.
What You’ll Do
- Capture and edit photos and videos, including drone footage of boats, pontoons, and fish houses
- Design engaging graphics, ads, and social posts for Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms
- Write captivating copy for websites, blogs, and online listings
- Manage and monitor social media channels, engagement, and analytics
- Stay up to date on current digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques
- Work closely with ownership and sales teams to bring marketing ideas to life
What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated, organized, and creative personality
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (drone experience preferred)
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Passion for boating, fishing, and the outdoors is a big plus
