We're a very high-growth law firm practicing in Family Law and Criminal Defense that is agile, data-driven, and relentlessly focused on results.
As we expand into new markets, we're building a next-generation financial strategy function that brings real visibility into how every case type, marketing channel, and attorney contributes to firm-wide profitability.
We're seeking a Financial Controller / Director of FP&A who can turn raw numbers into strategy - someone who sees financial data not just as reports, but as the story behind growth, efficiency, and client impact.
Your MissionYou'll own the financial intelligence that drives the firm. From revenue forecasting to case-level profitability analysis, your work will empower leadership to make smarter, faster, and more profitable decisions.
You'll bring clarity to questions like:- Which case types generate the highest ROI?

- How do we align attorney productivity with firm goals?
Your insights will shape hiring, marketing spend, pricing models, and market expansion strategy.
