We’re looking for a driven and energetic Entry-Level Sales Representative to become part of our fast-growing sales team. This position is ideal for individuals eager to launch their career in sales and business development. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in technology-driven solutions, and the confidence to connect with potential clients through outbound calls and telemarketing efforts. You’ll play a key role in creating relationships, identifying client needs, and presenting the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective customers to create new sales opportunities
- Manage leads and client communications using CRM tools
- Engage in B2B outreach, developing and maintaining lasting client partnerships
- Negotiate terms and close sales confidently and professionally
- Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure alignment on campaigns and lead generation efforts
- Deliver outstanding service by handling client inquiries and providing timely support
- Keep accurate documentation of all sales activities using Salesforce or similar systems
- Attend team trainings to build product knowledge and sharpen sales strategies
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written
- Self-starter who works well independently and in a collaborative team setting
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or tech sales is beneficial but not required
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Basic understanding of sales negotiation and business development fundamentals
- A genuine passion for sales, technology, and continuous learning
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities aimed at long-term client success
