Santcore Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our Client’s FITS Capital Project, a strategic initiative focused on improving financial, operational, and reporting efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in business analysis, requirements documentation, and stakeholder management, and will play a key role in aligning project goals with technical and business objectives.
This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, hands-on experience in test case development, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams in a hybrid on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Core Business Analysis
- Serve as a liaison among stakeholders to understand organizational structure, policies, and operations, and recommend solutions to achieve business goals.
- Identify, document, and analyze opportunities for improving business processes.
- Gather and document business objectives, functional requirements, and technical needs.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, surveys, and demonstrations to validate requirements.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including requirements, functionality descriptions, and test scripts.
2. Project Initiation & Planning
- Engage business sponsors to define business needs and solution scope.
- Develop compelling business cases to support project objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan requirements gathering, documentation, and validation activities.
- Measure and communicate proposed project benefits.
3. Requirements Gathering & Elicitation
- Elicit, verify, and document requirements with a focus on accuracy and traceability.
- Organize and prioritize requirements to deliver maximum business impact.
- Model requirements and determine key assumptions and constraints.
- Validate requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Quantify project resource and scope requirements.
4. Solution Design & Development
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure business alignment and technical quality.
- Create data models supporting solution design and process improvement.
- Assess requirements coverage and allocate deliverables appropriately.
- Validate solutions through end-user adoption readiness and testing plans.
5. Testing & Implementation
- Develop and execute System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies.
- Validate that the solution meets defined business requirements.
- Support change management and communication for user adoption.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess solution performance and success metrics.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Business Analyst (overall): 8+ years of experience
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Advanced proficiency
- Test Script & Functionality Documentation Writing: Strong expertise
- Stakeholder Management: Proven track record conducting workshops, surveys, and demos
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conceptualize solutions from business requirements
