POSITION OVERVIEW
AX Beauty Brands is seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the influencer and creator strategy across all AXBB brands. This role will be responsible for developing and executing influencer programs that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and content creation. The Influencer Marketing Manager will manage budgets, negotiate partnerships, build long-term relationships, and keep a strong pulse on cultural and platform trends. The ideal candidate is passionate about influencer marketing, highly organized, and experienced in the beauty and personal care space.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer Strategy & Planning
- Build and execute annual and seasonal influencer marketing strategies across Urban Skin Rx, Indie Lee, and Naturewell.
- Define influencer tiers, campaign objectives, and success metrics to support brand and sales goals.
- Develop innovative campaign concepts that align with brand identity and cultural moments.
Budget Management
- Own influencer budget allocation and spend tracking across brands.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables with influencers, managers, and agencies.
- Ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI while balancing paid and organic partnerships.
Recruiting & Relationship Building
- Identify and recruit influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and brand ambassadors.
- Build a network of creators that reflect the diversity and inclusivity of our brands.
Content & Campaign Management
- Manage influencer content calendars and ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
- Collaborate with Social, PR, Marketing and Creative teams to leverage influencer content across owned channels (social, email, e-commerce, paid).
- Track performance of influencer content and optimize strategies based on insights.
Reporting & Insights
- Own campaign reporting across all brands, providing clear visibility into spend, ROI, reach, engagement, conversions, and content usage.
- Develop post-campaign reports and monthly dashboards with actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership to inform future strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Brand, PR, Social, and E-commerce teams to align influencer activity with launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Support event activations and brand experiences by coordinating influencer attendance and coverage.
Industry & Trend Monitoring
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and influencer best practices.
- Benchmark against competitors and proactively pitch creative, buzzworthy campaign ideas.
- Provide insights and recommendations to evolve AX Beauty’s influencer strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years of experience in influencer or social media management, ideally within beauty, skincare, fragrance, or personal care.
- Passion for influencer marketing and strong understanding of the creator economy.
- Hands-on experience with influencer management platforms (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Traackr, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with a proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign results and optimize performance.
- Collaborative, creative thinker with a passion for beauty, culture, and digital trends.
