We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and creative PR Assistant to support storytelling and media outreach across a small portfolio of brands — including Elo Branding (executive branding), Duke Health (healthcare innovation), Linen Cloud (B2B tech), and an upcoming lifestyle + wellness venture.
You’ll help execute communications strategies, manage press outreach, and support content development. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves variety — from helping a health executive prep for a media feature, to tracking PR coverage, to organizing a brand launch timeline.
What You’ll Do
• Research media, podcast, and event opportunities aligned with each brand
• Draft and format press materials, media lists, and outreach emails
• Track pitches, coverage, and content performance
• Support content calendars and scheduling across LinkedIn and media platforms
• Assist in coordination of PR campaigns, events, and brand activations
• Maintain organized systems across multiple client accounts
Who You Are
• 1–3 years’ experience in PR, communications, or marketing
• Excellent writing and organization skills
• Able to juggle multiple priorities across industries
• Comfortable working in Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Curious about media, storytelling, wellness, leadership, and brand strategy
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented — you notice the small things
Nice to Have
• Experience in healthcare, B2B tech, or lifestyle/wellness PR
• Understanding of executive visibility or personal branding
• A calm, thoughtful communicator who thrives in creative environments
