JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Graphic Designer to specialize in bringing products to life across digital commerce platforms. This role is focused on developing best-in-class content for product detail pages (PDPs), online retailers, and digital sales channels, ensuring customers clearly understand product features, benefits, and value.
The ideal candidate blends strong digital design expertise with core graphic design fundamentals, capable of supporting both eCommerce and traditional print needs. Experience designing for platforms such as Amazon, Lowe’s, Shopify, or similar environments is highly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
eCommerce & Digital Product Content
- Create optimized PDP and A+ content tailored to each retailer platform (Amazon, Lowe’s, Wayfair, etc.), ensuring compliance with platform specifications while maintaining brand consistency.
- Design conversion-focused assets such as comparison charts, hero images, infographics, feature callouts, and carousel graphics.
- Adapt content for mobile-first presentation, ensuring clarity, readability, and strong customer engagement.
Digital Campaign & Marketing Design
- Develop high-performing creative for Sponsored Brand Videos, Display Banners, DSP placements, and other ad formats.
- Produce compelling short-form videos, animations, and GIFs to increase product visibility and click-through rates.
- Concept, design, and format content for organic and paid social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), ensuring platform optimization and thumb-stopping visual storytelling.
- Concept and build digital storefronts and landing pages that highlight brand innovation and seasonal storytelling.
Creative Optimization & Collaboration
- Partner with eCommerce and marketing teams to test and optimize asset performance, generating A/B variants based on key customer pain points and conversion metrics.
- Continuously refresh digital assets for major retail events, promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Design retailer- and customer-specific creative, tailoring visuals to align with strategic priorities and shopping behaviors.
Print & Core Graphic Design
- Support traditional brand needs with sales sheets, brochures, catalogs, packaging elements, trade show graphics, and in-store print assets.
- Maintain visual brand consistency across both digital and print outputs.
Creative Leadership & Workflow
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and digital teams to align messaging and visual strategy.
- Track projects using task management software (like Monday.com), managing priorities and deadlines across channels.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 3-5+ years in digital/eCommerce or product-focused design with proven graphic design skills.
- Portfolio showcasing PDP design, A+ content, product graphics, and print work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or XD a plus.
- Experience with Amazon A+, Shopify, or retailer content systems (Salsify, Syndigo, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with motion graphics or KeyShot/3D rendering is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
