We’re seeking a highly organized, creative, and technically skilled Shopify Manager to oversee and grow our online store.
Position Overview
The Shopify Manager will oversee daily operations of our Shopify platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, accurate product listings, and visually cohesive branding consistent with the Elite Medical identity. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical Shopify expertise with strong marketing intuition, visual design sense, and an interest in the wellness or aesthetic medicine industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Shopify storefront: update product listings, descriptions, and collections.
- Optimize user experience (UX) for desktop and mobile shopping.
- Coordinate inventory and fulfillment, including integration with vendors and suppliers .
- Implement marketing campaigns through discount codes, product bundles, and limited-time promotions.
- Design and update visuals for product pages, banners, and promotions (Canva or Adobe Suite).
- Monitor analytics to evaluate conversion rates, sales trends, and abandoned cart metrics.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all online materials (colors, fonts, messaging).
- Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to align e-commerce strategies with ongoing programs, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee email automations and product launches via Klaviyo or similar integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, manage Shopify apps, and coordinate with developers if needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing or building Shopify stores (required).
- Proficiency with Shopify Admin, Shopify Apps, Shopify Analytics, and Liquid themes.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, analytics dashboards, and conversion optimization.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experience integrating third-party tools (Klaviyo, Square etc.).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: Experience in the health, beauty, or functional medicine industries.
