Evans Von Oben Group is looking for an Entry Level Associate in Minneapolis to advance AT&T Business market initiatives. Our sales and business consulting firm provides comprehensive training in CRM systems and client engagement strategies, empowering the Entry Level Associate to excel in relationship management and secure telecom sales and account development.
As an Entry Level Associate, you will be the strategic point of contact for commercial clients, guiding them through the selection and implementation of AT&T Business solutions. This Entry Level Associate position is engineered to build your expertise in B2B engagement, with a clear path for advancement into sales strategy and retention planning.
Entry Level Associate Responsibilities
- Launch targeted outreach campaigns to promote AT&T Business wireless, fiber, and bundled services across commercial zones.
- Guide service selection by aligning business usage patterns, operational goals, and budget priorities with AT&T’s contract offerings.
- Maintain accurate records by logging client activity, tracking sales milestones, and monitoring pipeline movement to support campaign visibility.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and provisioning steps to ensure smooth activation and timely delivery of AT&T services.
- Resolve service delays and contract issues through structured escalation and internal collaboration with the Entry Level Associate and sales management teams to maintain activation momentum.
- Share client feedback and territory insights to refine Entry Level Associate sales strategy, improve conversion rates, and support long-term retention.
Preferred Qualifications of the Entry Level Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or marketing is preferred.
- Experience in customer engagement, sales support, or structured outreach—ideally within telecom, energy, or subscription-based environments.
- Strong communication and consultative skills; able to align service recommendations with business needs and support AT&T’s sales and retention goals.
- CRM proficient; maintains clean, actionable data to support account tracking, territory performance, and activation forecasting.
- Detail-oriented and resilient; thrives in structured, goal-driven environments with clear growth paths and Entry Level Associate performance benchmarks.

Pay: $46,500.00 - $58,000.00 per year
