This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving sales through direct marketing efforts, and representing our clients with professionalism and integrity inside retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to stay up-to-date on client products, services, and promotions.
- Communicate product value clearly and confidently to customers during in-person interactions.
- Address customer questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Utilize a lead-driven database to present tailored service recommendations.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance both client and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Minnesota Canvas and our partners with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
