Overview:
Join a leading renewable energy company focused on owning and operating distributed generation solar assets nationwide. The role involves financial analysis, deal execution, and portfolio management across solar and clean energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support origination, due diligence, and transaction execution for project and portfolio acquisitions.
- Conduct financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis for renewable assets.
- Negotiate key project documents, including term sheets, purchase/sale agreements, and PPAs.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, accounting, and construction teams through development and closing.
- Manage relationships with partners, investors, and clients to drive portfolio growth.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local solar regulations and incentive programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction structuring.
- Exposure to energy or infrastructure industries preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $79,048.94 - $98,198.73 per year
