Requirement
- Proven experience in Investment Banking Division (IBD) or Independent Power Producer (IPP) roles within the renewable energy sector.
- Exposure to the energy infrastructure industry; prior work on large-scale energy or utility projects is highly desirable.
- Strong financial modeling and due diligence capabilities with demonstrated experience evaluating renewable energy investments or transactions.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of leading and closing complex deals.
- Experience negotiating key project and transaction documents, including term sheets, purchase and sale agreements, tax equity partnership agreements, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and site lease agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local solar regulations and compliance requirements as imposed by AHJs, utilities, and other governing bodies.
- Ability to collaborate across technical, financial, and legal teams to structure and execute renewable energy transactions efficiently

Pay: $81,724.83 - $100,421.30 per year
