The Position
Overview
The Designer will create digital-first visual assets that bring Baby Academy’s brand to life across social, email, digital & print advertising, and landing pages. Working closely with the Head of Creative and the marketing team, this role ensures a consistent, approachable, and inspiring brand presence. The Designer will balance creativity with speed, producing campaign-ready visuals while evolving Baby Academy’s visual identity.
Core Responsibilities
- Design assets for social, email, ads, and landing pages that support registrations and parent engagement.
- Develop templates and systems that make the design process more efficient.
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative to evolve Baby Academy’s visual identity across channels.
- Translate complex ideas into accessible, empathetic visuals that resonate with parents.
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Incorporate performance feedback and analytics into design iterations.
- Stay current on design and digital trends, introducing fresh ideas.
The Person
- Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years of design experience, agency or in-house.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital-first design work across campaigns.
- Experience balancing creative originality with practical, fast-turnaround execution.
- Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and comfortable in a team environment.
- Interest in applying data insights to refine and improve design.
