Position Summary:
As Visual Designer, you’ll craft visually compelling marketing, social, and sales materials that elevate SixTwentySix’s brand and storytelling. You’ll design across multiple formats—including treatments, company decks, social content, and website updates—ensuring every piece reflects our creative excellence and storytelling goals.
Beyond design execution, you’ll help shape our evolving visual identity by researching trends, leveraging AI tools, and sourcing standout visual references. You should have exceptional graphic design skills, strong organizational habits, and a genuine interest in SixTwentySix—our roster, our process, and the culture of storytelling that drives our work.
The ideal candidate works independently under tight deadlines, brings a proactive approach to creative problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with treatments or social management is a plus. You’ll report to the Art Director and collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and production teams to bring our brand to life.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute high-quality visual content for marketing and sales assets, including company and founder social media channels.
- Develop high-quality pitch decks and treatments for directors, ensuring alignment with each project’s creative goals.
- Source, curate, and organize visual references for our internal and external teams to build first-class pitch decks and treatments.
- Ensure all creative aligns with SixTwentySix's brand and effectively communicates with target audiences.
- Stay ahead of design trends, AI innovations, and new commercial/music video references to keep our visual storytelling fresh and relevant.
- Maintain and update content on the website, keeping our portfolio and press pages current.
- Post content on Instagram and TikTok without errors, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Capture BTS photos and videos during LA-based shoots and in-office moments to support social and brand storytelling.
- Build and maintain strong organizational systems for decks, assets, and templates, helping the team work more efficiently.
- Collaborate with the creative team on designing branded merchandise that accurately represents SixTwentySix.
- Deliver quarterly presentations to the creative and leadership team on design innovations, inspiring new ideas and creative growth across the company.
- Actively engage with SixTwentySix’s brand, roster, and creative output to ensure all work reflects the company’s tone, identity, and evolving vision.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and art direction
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and Google Suite.
- Experience with Notion for project tracking.
- A solid understanding of AI-assisted design tools and their application in creative workflows.
- Strong knowledge of social media best practices for Instagram and TikTok.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and design consistency.
- Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively, both visually and verbally.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Location & Availability:
Los Angeles, CA (Culver City) – This is an in-office role.
Monday–Friday, 9am-6pm PST with flexibility for occasional weekend and evening work, as needed.
