Who We’re Looking For
- Proven success in high-ticket in-home sales: windows, roofing, solar, HVAC, etc.
- OR top sales performers from auto, tech, or medical device sales
- People who are Coachable, willing to follow a system, and eager to grow
- Strong closer with the ability to handle objections and sell financing options
What You’ll Do
- Run company-provided, qualified leads (no cold-calling)
- Present and close deals for replacement windows and doors in-home
- Deliver a world-class customer experience while maximizing revenue
- Track results in our CRM and stay accountable to personal and team goals
