Responsibilities:
The Junior Account Manager supports the Sales & Client Services Departments in providing outstanding customer service, managing wholesale accounts, building customer relationships and selling products.
Sales Engagement:
- Act as a key support within our CRM, Salesforce, assisting in optimizing sales through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate across omnichannel operations to assist in client communication via phone, email, text, and messaging – owning the follow up process as significant support to the team
- Support the evaluation of potential clients and contribute to the effective management of the sales pipeline.
- Participate in industry trade shows and markets alongside the Account Manager to showcase products, service existing accounts, convert sample orders, and identify potential new clients.
- Contribute to Trunk Shows and Sales Events to support sales efforts, motivate clients, and promote the latest bridal collections.
- Provide crucial support in building rapport and enhancing the sales experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports on the health of customers' accounts.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvements and growth opportunities.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to appointed regional territories.
- Assist in entering customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely processing.
- Support in addressing any order-related inquiries promptly, following best communication practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of in-depth knowledge of our bridal gown product line through bi-annual, in-depth product training.
- Support in servicing existing accounts by proactively addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Contribute to cultivating new accounts within the assigned territory to expand market reach, working closely with the Account Manager.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to better understand their needs.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a mix of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, excellent customer service, and a genuine passion for the bridal or fashion. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service — experience within fashion, bridal, or wholesale environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and cross-functional partners
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems — Salesforce experience preferred
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, markets, and sales events as needed
- Passion for the bridal and fashion industry and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
Compensation & Benefits:
This role has an anticipated base salary range of $52,000 to $62,000 annually. The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills and internal equity. Justin Alexander offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
