Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer brand service and prioritize the customer shopping experience
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandise, collections, and brand history to maximize sales opportunity.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Requirements
- Previous experience working within retail customer service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities
- Strong e-commerce background, knowledge of Shopify
