At Kirby Plastic Surgery and Kalos Medical Spa, you’ll join a high-performing team at one of Fort Worth’s top luxury aesthetic practices. You’ll help us grow our community — not only by creating great content, but by personally engaging with followers in comments and DMs to build real relationships that lead to booked appointments.
This is an on-site, hands-on role where creativity meets communication. You’ll work closely with our providers, leadership, and marketing partners to bring the brand to life and make every online interaction feel like a luxury in-office experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create, post, and engage daily on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — capturing authentic patient stories and behind-the-scenes content.
- Initiate and respond to DMs with warmth and professionalism — turning questions into consultations and followers into loyal patients.
- Engage actively in comments, tags, and local accounts to grow reach and strengthen relationships in the Fort Worth community.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and patient re-engagement workflows
- Partner with our external marketing team on strategy while executing the day-to-day storytelling and engagement.
- Capture and edit short-form videos that spark curiosity and conversation.
- Monitor performance, track what drives real results, and share insights with the team weekly.
- Support email campaigns, print materials, and in-office digital marketing as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1–3 years of social media or marketing experience (aesthetics, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
- Confidence and comfort engaging with people online — you love talking to followers, answering questions, and nurturing leads
- Strong eye for visuals, storytelling, and brand alignment
- Proficiency with editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or Adobe Suite
- Great writing skills and natural conversational tone
- Organized, proactive, and growth-oriented — you want to learn what makes engagement convert.
