Global Marketing Coordinator
Location: Fort Worth, TX (In-person | Some travel required)
Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Global Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for multiple affiliated organizations, including the Brandon Foster Foundation, Wallstreet Sand Co., and additional business ventures owned by our leadership. This is an exciting, fast-paced role for a creative professional who enjoys building brand presence, growing community engagement, and managing mission-driven marketing initiatives.
This role combines nonprofit outreach and marketing with corporate brand development — ideal for someone who thrives at social media strategy, community involvement, media outreach, and event coordination.
About Our Organizations
Brandon Foster Foundation
A nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Lewy Body Dementia (LBD) while sponsoring youth sports participation for underserved families, and supporting road safety initiatives in West Texas.
Wallstreet Sand Co.
A growing frac-sand company serving the Texas oil & gas industry, with a strong focus on community engagement and brand expansion.
Additional affiliated business interests offer ongoing opportunities to build brand awareness across multiple sectors.
What You’ll Do
Multi-Brand Marketing & Outreach
- Manage digital and social media platforms across multiple brands
- Create engaging content, company updates, press releases, and newsletters
- Build proactive media relationships and pitch stories to news outlets
- Strengthen online brand presence and improve visibility across industries
Community & Corporate Engagement
- Plan and coordinate community and company events, including holiday food drives, charitable initiatives, and team gatherings
- Represent our organizations at community and industry events (travel required)
- Build partnerships with businesses, donors, media outlets, and community groups
Nonprofit Fundraising & Awareness
- Support donor development and charitable sponsorship outreach for the foundation
- Assist with fundraising initiatives, sponsorship drives, and foundation events
- Highlight youth sponsorship stories and LBD awareness campaigns
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with company leadership to execute marketing strategy
- Track campaigns, communications, and community engagement activities
- Ensure consistent and professional brand representation across all platforms
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, fundraising, or PR
- Proven ability to manage social media accounts and create compelling content
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized
- Comfortable with networking, public speaking, and community engagement
- Experience with Canva, social platforms, email marketing tools, and basic content creation
- Ability to travel 25–40% for events, community programs, and business initiatives
- Must be able to work in person at our Fort Worth office
