Job Overview
Semmelmann Interiors is seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Creative Content Specialist/ Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This full-time, onsite entry-level role is responsible for managing and creating dynamic content across all social media platforms to elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a visual storyteller and brand guardian with proven experience in social media management and content creation, capable of capturing the essence of a luxury design brand through compelling visuals, curated messaging, and consistent execution. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and operates onsite at our Fort Worth, TX headquarters five days per week
Core Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Content Creation
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing campaigns.
- Capture and edit engaging video and photo content showcasing projects, behind-the-scenes moments, and designer insights.
- Ensure every post aligns with brand standards and reinforces Semmelmann Interiors’ luxury aesthetic.
- Oversee creative direction during on-site shoots, capturing both polished and organic moments that reflect the brand’s personality.
- Write captions, blogs, and digital copy that blend storytelling with strategy to drive audience engagement and conversions.
Content Strategy & Performance Optimization
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor performance analytics, identify key insights, and refine strategies to maximize reach and ROI.
- Stay informed on emerging social media trends, algorithms, and luxury brand marketing practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the design and operations teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
Brand Identity & Creative Assets
- Uphold brand consistency through visuals, tone, and messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Design and edit branded content for digital and print, including email campaigns, graphics, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain a polished visual library of photography and video assets optimized for multiple channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Skilled in video production and editing.
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen understanding of branding and luxury positioning.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable directing or appearing in on-site content shoots.
