Responsibilities for Marketing Office Assistant
- Assist in planning, writing, and managing social media content and e-newsletters.
- Design flyers, graphics, and other marketing material.
- Update and maintain client social media presence, including daily monitoring, posting, scheduling, and reporting updates.
- Help organize and distribute marketing materials.
- Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
- Help with the planning and hosting of events.
Qualifications for Marketing Office Assistant
- Firm grasp of different digital media content and platforms in the social media space.
- Excellent literacy & written communication skills (writing, spelling, and grammar)
- Must be computer literate (working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite).
- Completed or working towards a degree, preferably in a related field (e.g., Marketing/Communications, Advertising or Public Relations).
- Hardworking and positive outlook, with an ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work well independently and on a team.
Employees will be required to report to the office in Roanoke, Texas for working hours. This position is part-time, approximately 20 hours a week.
