We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support data integration, transformation, and reporting initiatives within a complex enterprise data ecosystem. This role bridges analytics, data engineering, and reporting teams, ensuring alignment between business requirements, technical implementation, and downstream reporting accuracy.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject-matter expert (SME) for key data integration and matching processes that connect consumer and sales data.
- Act as a liaison between analytics, data engineering, and reporting teams to maintain accuracy and consistency in data processing and reporting outputs.
- Document and refine end-to-end data and process flows — from ingestion through reporting metrics.
- Partner with technical teams to validate data transformations, mappings, and business rules.
- Collaborate with BI/reporting teams using tools such as Domo and emerging BI platforms to support dashboards and metrics delivery.
- Support ongoing enhancements to data integration and reporting capabilities, including logic optimization and AI-based insights integration.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Must have 5 years in a Business Analyst supporting data projects
- Must have SQL with a strong understanding of data mapping and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data-driven applications or data migration projects, particularly involving upstream logic.
- Comfort working within a data lake or enterprise data warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Domo preferred); hands-on experience a plus.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Product Analyst preferred.
- Exposure to or interest in AI-driven analytics or data intelligence systems is advantageous.
