We are seeking an Entry Level Assistant Manager to work in our Pittsburgh office, partnering with telecommunication clients to deliver outstanding service and help lead our team to success. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will perform hands-on customer service, and also assist in training new hires, helping the office lead the way in quality and performance.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Engage in direct customer service activities, meeting with customers to discuss their telecommunication products and services
- Handle questions, troubleshooting, and resolving issues on behalf of our telecom clients
- Assist in training and mentoring newly hired representatives, helping lead onboarding sessions and shadowing
- Monitor performance metrics, coach team members, and provide feedback to help lead quality improvement
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and help lead process optimizations
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on service standards
- Step in as acting supervisor when needed, helping lead escalation handling
- Document procedures and best practices to help lead consistency across the team
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in customer-facing interactions
- Some experience in customer service, retail, call center, or telecom settings
- Ability to lead by example, take initiative, be dependable, and maintain high standards
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to support the team in different roles

Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
