We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be the glue that keeps our marketing engine running smoothly, playing a vital supporting role in executing initiatives, maintaining operational excellence, and making sure our big ideas turn into powerful outcomes
Content Creation & CoordinationDraft and edit marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, product sheets, email campaigns, and internal communications.
Assist with the production of visual content in collaboration with design resources (e.g., infographics, presentations, event materials).
Administrative & Operational SupportManage marketing calendars, schedules, and project tracking.
Coordinate marketing assets and maintain the digital asset library.
Support event logistics (e.g., tradeshows, webinars, conferences).
Assist with invoice processing, vendor coordination, and marketing budget tracking.
Strategic & Analytical ContributionsCollaborate with team leads to support the execution of marketing strategies.
Help monitor campaign performance and compile regular reports with actionable insights.
Conduct competitive research and assist with market and customer analysis.
Cross-Functional CollaborationLiaise with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts.
Support global marketing initiatives and contribute to the localization of content where needed.
