Job Description Insurance Benefits Advisor - Entry Level (Training Provided)
- Consulting and advising clients on health insurance
- Packaging life, disability, dental, and vision insurance
- Managing calendar and setting meetings
- No Prior Sales Experience Required

Requirements Insurance Benefits Advisor - Entry Level (Training Provided):
- High School Diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and commitment to excellence
- Integrity, accountability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills; coachable and eager to learn
- Passion for helping others (H.O.P.E)
- Must reside in the Nashville area or plan to relocate within 2 months
- Life & Health/Accident Producer Licenses required before start (we provide guidance and reimbursement)
Training Insurance Benefits Advisor - Entry Level (Training Provided)
Our 13-week training program combines classroom instruction with hands-on experience, led by top-performing sales professionals. New hires begin engaging with clients within the first few weeks, learning key skills like cross-selling, referral networking, and benefits consulting—while building their book of business from the start.
