We’re a busy, patient-focused Audiology clinic looking for a reliable and detail-oriented In-House Financial Biller to handle our billing and financial processes from start to finish. If you enjoy working with numbers, insurance claims, and a supportive team, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all in-house billing and insurance claims for audiology services
- Process payments, post adjustments, and reconcile accounts
- Handle patient balances and billing inquiries with care and professionalism
- Track reimbursements and follow up on outstanding claims
- Ensure compliance with payer rules and clinic policies
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of medical billing or financial office experience (audiology or ENT preferred)
- Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes and insurance billing
- Strong communication, organization, and accuracy skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
