With real revenue, rapid growth, and a massive market ahead, we're now looking for an exceptional Business Development professional to join us—driving partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion as we scale.

You're not just joining as another BD hire. As a Business Development team member, you'll be at the core of our growth strategy, working directly with founders to identify opportunities, close deals, and build the partnerships that will define our trajectory. You'll see your efforts translate directly into revenue and market presence—and help shape the future of AI-powered accounting.
What you'll do
- Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with accounting firms, enterprise clients, and technology partners
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for key accounts
- Build and execute our go-to-market strategy alongside founders
- Develop relationships with industry stakeholders, investors, and potential customers
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product roadmap
- Represent uiAgent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Create sales collateral, pitch decks, and demo materials that showcase our AI agents
- Help define our pricing strategy and business model as we scale
Who you are
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (1-7 years, we're open to different levels)
- Experience in fintech, accounting software, or AI/ML products strongly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a variety of stakeholders
- Understanding of sales cycles and partnership development
- Passionate about building relationships and comfortable with cold outreach
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership, push through ambiguity, and love closing deals
- Self-starter who can build processes from scratch and thrive in early-stage chaos
- Hungry to learn about AI and how it's transforming professional services
