Interior designer:
I am looking for a dynamic and amazing designer to join my team. As an Interior Designer, you will be working closely with me on all my projects. You must know sketchup and escape as well as Cad and know how to use photoshop. You will be working with me on many exciting projects.
- You must understand how to work on specifications and also source. and determine their budget, and requirements
- Develop design concepts and presentations using software such as CAD, Sketch up and Adobe Creative Suite
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation
- Select furniture, materials, lighting, and accessories for each project
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to execute the design plan
- multiple projects simultaneously while working on meeting deadlines
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and incorporate innovative ideas into projects
Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating 2D and 3D designs
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and practices
- Excellent sales skills to pitch design concepts to clients
- Ability to work on contracts and manage project budgets effectively
- Project management skills to oversee the entire design process
- Knowledge of lighting sales to enhance the ambiance of spaces
- Experience in renovating spaces to transform them effectively
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks
- Understanding of building codes and regulations related to interior design
